We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:

In the original packaging, including all components and any free gifts
Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned in full. Failure to return any items may result in a reduction of the refund or a claim for compensation.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at house75clo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
Once approved we will send you the return address
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your refund has been approved.
European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 30 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
